Terms of Service for Still

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Still mobile application ("App") operated by Plan Offlight Oy ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Still is a meditation and mindfulness application that provides:

• Guided meditation sessions in multiple languages
• Progress tracking for your meditation journey
• Personalized content based on your preferences
• Cloud synchronization across your devices

3. Account Registration

To use Still, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. The trial length is displayed at the time of signup. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Subscription Plans: We offer the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the current rate
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually at the current rate

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to meditation scripts, audio recordings, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Plan Offlight Oy or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Health Disclaimer

Still is designed to support general wellness and relaxation. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult a healthcare provider before starting any wellness program
• Do not use the App while driving or operating machinery
• If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult a medical professional
• The App is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending you an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
