• Preferred meditation duration

• Selected language for meditation guidance

• Night mode settings

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication: Manages your sign-in credentials securely
• Cloud Firestore: Stores your profile and progress data

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
